Andrew Collinge is proud to introduce, PURITY, a new range of professional quality shampoos and conditioners mixed with plant and flower essential oils for maximum hair care.

The shampoo and conditioners feature Quinoa protein which is a plant-based protein that contains two of the most important amino acids in creating strong and healthy hair.  Not only that, but PURITY also contains exotic botanicals that are vital in providing excellent hair care performance and rare aroma-therapeutic oils which release beautiful, indulgent fragrances.

The ingredients within the PURITY range are seen in super-premium quality ranges and now you two can have the best for your hair by going into your local Superdrug store.

The products are priced at a reasonable £4.99 and there are 4 separate shampoos and conditioners to suit individual hair types.

  • Smooth Therapy
  • Volume Therapy
  • Hydra Therapy
  • Colour Therapy

I have used both the Smooth Therapy and Colour Therapy products on my hair and I am going to tell you a little more about them.

Andrew Collinge PURITY Smooth Treatment Shampoo

The Smooth Therapy Shampoo is designed for those with dry and frizzy hair.  It helps to smooth the texture and leave your hair with a perfect finish.  It contains essences of ylang ylang, coriander and rosemary to bring instant shine, as well as keeping hair irresistibly fragrant.

I was amazed at the smell of the shampoo.  It filled my bathroom with a scent of ginger and I loved the experience, it felt more special than the average hair-washing routine.

I was surprised that there was little lather; usually I’m covered in bubbles when shampooing my hair.  I instantly felt that without the bubbles my hair wasn’t coated enough.  After washing my hair I realised I was totally wrong, every inch received the smooth therapy as it was silky soft from root to tip.

I am very happy with the shampoo.  The smell alone has converted me to PURITY.

Andrew Collinge PURITY Smooth Therapy Conditioner

The Smooth Therapy Conditioner has aromatherapy essences within its formula which aid in revitalising tired, life-less hair and the grapefruit, orange and guaiacwood all work together to detangle hair.

On using the fruit enriched product on my hair I was shocked at the difference in smell between the conditioner and the shampoo.  Usually both products smell the same.  I have never come across a brand that has not kept the shampoo and conditioner the same scent or same ingredients.  This really impressed me as I felt the brand had no care in combining two separate ideas in one range, which to me meant they were not about the money but more about providing the ultimate care and experience for the customer.

The conditioner nourishes the hair beautifully.  My hair felt instantly smooth; unlike the way my current conditioner makes my hair feel.  After using the product I really felt my hair was in a better condition and it helped stop my hair from going frizzy when drying naturally.

I am overall really happy with Smooth Therapy.  I will be testing out the Colour Therapy range soon to see which tops my list.

Until then…
